HOW TO BUY
Buying in Book & Glow is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
Choose the category and subcategory where the product (s) you want to buy is located.
Visualize the product (s) that you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph; some products have several photographs. You can also check its description, composition, reference and price.
Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you want to continue buying, repeat the process. If you want to place the order, click on the button to place an order to start the purchase process.
Enter all the information requested, shipping address and billing and make sure they are correct.
Select the payment method.
Confirm the order and proceed, where appropriate, to the payment.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
In which countries can you shop online?
You can currently make your purchase in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland , Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.
Do you replace the items with the indication "sold out"?
If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, on the web it would indicate that it is sold out.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers from Book & Glow?
Yes. By simply accessing "Do not miss anything" and entering your email address you will receive information about the latest Book & Glow news.
Can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter of your domain name?
Yes. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the cancellation of the Newsletter.
How I can make sure I made my purchase?
Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive it, contact email@example.com.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not left our workshop by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Book & Glow only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive an item with a defect, please contact email@example.com and we will find a solution.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not requested, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Bank Transfer.
For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:
The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
The limit of the card may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
It may be that some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. The payment system will be made through the secure payment gateway RedSys.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.)
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
The country of delivery always has to match the country of purchase. If you need to place an order that should be delivered in another country, write to email@example.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
If you live in the Peninsula, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, unless the order is made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of the order. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe, the delivery time is approximately 7 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs will depend on the country of destination. You can check the total shipping cost by doing a mock order, without entering payment data.
How can I know where my order is?
Once you make the purchase, we will keep you informed of the current status of your order by email. We will also send you a link and a tracking code so you can track your package since it leaves our workshop until you have it in your hands.
What should I do to give the item back?
To request an online return with pick up at your home, write to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email), an address for the collection and the details of the items you want to return.
After verifying the data, we will send a carrier in the next 72 hours (whenever possible). To make the collection, the transport company will contact you.
What is the deadline to make a return?
For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the completion of the order.
Do I have to pay something for my return?
We will not charge you any surcharge for return, but the shipping costs will be on your own.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (the same payment method you used to pay) in a few days.
Remember that the time you take to receive credit card payment always depends on your bank.
What do I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us at email@example.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
